Project Overview

Orium Mall is a mixed-use development created by Z Group in Shorouk City, combining commercial, medical and administrative activity within a single integrated building. It was conceived to answer a growing city's need for a hub that spares residents and their surroundings the daily commute between shopping, healthcare and business. Today, Orium fulfils that role as an operating destination, home to active tenants and a steady flow of visitors.

Project Concept

Orium was designed around the integration of three uses, each occupying its own level: the ground and first floors for commercial activity — shops, restaurants and services; the second floor for clinics and medical services; and the third floor for offices and administrative activity. This vertical distribution gives every activity the environment and privacy it needs, while all uses share the same visitor movement; a single visit may combine a medical appointment, shopping and an administrative errand — enhancing both the visitor experience and the flow of operation across the project.
