Z Group is an Egyptian joint-stock company founded in 2016, specialized in developing, executing and operating mixed-use projects across the cities of East Cairo. Since its launch, the company set out to redefine the concept of real estate development in the Egyptian market through integrated projects spanning the commercial, administrative, medical, educational, industrial and residential sectors.
Z Group's approach stems from a firm belief that true development is not merely about constructing buildings; it begins with understanding people and how they use a space, and the relationship between design and function. This understanding is what ensures the delivery of genuine, sustainable value that retains its functional and investment efficiency over time.
What sets the company apart is that it does not simply sell its projects, but operates and manages them in partnership with leading specialized providers — from laboratories and radiology centers (Al Borg Labs and Burj Scan), to global F&B brands (Pizza Hut) and early-childhood nurseries (Under 5) — ensuring continued service quality after delivery.
In designing and executing its projects, Z Group relies on a select group of leading consultants and engineering firms, including MTA Design (Mohamed Talaat Architects) for architectural design, KEM for project consultancy, KIANYLINES for design and urban planning, and the office of Dr. Mohamed Hafez for specialized engineering consultancy.
On the ground, the company holds a strong track record that includes more than 50 residential buildings across El Shorouk, New Heliopolis and Badr, alongside flagship projects such as Orium Mall, HMC – Hana Medical Complex, BBS – Brighton British School, and its newest project, Z Square in El Shorouk.

Since its establishment in 2016, Z Group has continuously expanded its footprint across East Cairo through a series of impactful achievements. Beginning as an Egyptian joint-stock company specializing in mixed-use real estate development, the company has successfully delivered more than 50 residential buildings across El Shorouk, New Heliopolis, and Badr City. As its portfolio grew, Z Group developed landmark destinations including HMC – Hana Medical Complex, the largest medical complex in El Shorouk with over 100 clinics, laboratories, pharmacies, and integrated healthcare services, followed by Orium Mall, one of the city's most active commercial and administrative hubs. The company further diversified its developments by contributing to the educational sector through Brighton British School (BBS) and most recently introduced Z Square, a modern mixed-use destination combining commercial, administrative, and medical spaces in one of El Shorouk's most strategic locations.
